1. Order Processing TimeAll orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days after payment confirmation or Cash on Delivery (COD) verification.Orders are not processed, dispatched, or delivered on official public holidays.
2. Delivery Timelines🚚 Standard Delivery:
Once processed, your products will be delivered directly to your location within 2 to 4 business days across Dubai, Sharjah, Abu Dhabi, Ajman, Al Ain, Ras Al Khaimah, and Fujairah.
3. Shipping ChargesShipping and delivery charges are calculated at checkout based on the delivery location, total weight, and dimensions of the generator or industrial unit.For specific heavy-duty machinery or customized wholesale orders, our logistics team will contact you directly to arrange specialized transport.
4. Order Tracking & Delivery InspectionAs soon as your generator or compressor is dispatched, our logistics team will contact you via phone or WhatsApp to coordinate the exact delivery time slot.Important Note: Upon delivery, customers are strictly requested to inspect the product packaging and physical condition before signing the delivery receipt.
